SHIPPING POLICY

All apparel items are created as they are ordered.  Please allow time for your item to be hand-made and shipped. All items ship USPS and you will receive tracking information once your item ships. Most items ship within 5-7 business days or sooner. Covid-19 has caused delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your product!

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

 Items are eligible for return or exchange if we made a mistake in packaging or sending you the wrong product. We do not accept returns of items for sizing mishaps. Please refer to the sizing chart before purchasing to ensure you have ordered the correct size. In the event that you have questions about a return or exchange please use the "contact us" field to reach out to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we are at fault.  

 

Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or your return/exchange may be denied.  

Due to the nature of the items, we do not accept returns on custom ordered items.
